Shipping & Returns



Return Policy

You should be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7-days of purchase/delivery for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit Only, less shipping fees. NO EXCEPTIONS

All Sale Items, Accessories, Shapeware, Jewelry, White Clothing Collections, and Custom Made Items are FINAL SALE.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original tags in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the return address. Treasur’s Secret Exchange Boutique will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest if you are shipping an item over $75 to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your store credit will process and you will receive an email to inform of your store credit amount. You will have 15 days to redeem your store credit once it is issued. NO EXCEPTIONS Treasur’s Secret ExchangeBoutique reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed. Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival of shipments.During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1 to 3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy. Thank you for your patience.

At this time Treasur’s Secret ExchangeBoutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date. Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. NOREFUND will be issued.


Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware. All pre-orders MUST be PAID IN FULL at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases.


If an item has Sold Out or is Out of Stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away. Unfortunately, an item can be Sold Out at any time before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
